Hydrocele

Providing timely and convenient access to the highest possible urologic care available.

A hydrocele is a benign or non-cancerous enlargement of one or both of the testicles. These develop because of delayed drainage or increased production of normal lymphatic fluid from the affected testicle. These can become quite large and bothersome and can be associated with discomfort sometimes interfering with normal movement. Hydroceles can be successfully treated in the office with a small incision using local and nitrous anesthesia.
